Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsProcess accounts payableManage and own the GL Accounting as well as the AR/AP Issue bills, track and document updates and payments Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Manage direct expense accounting Prepare, check, and process invoicesProvide support for budgeting and forecasting processesQualifications (Skills/Qualifications) : Must have an Accounting Degree Experience as a Staff Accountant with high AP/AR involvementStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plusFamiliarity with public accounting procedures and regulationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial dataAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdditional Details:Location: Atlanta, GA, 30318Hybrid with 3 days in the office
