This Staff Accountant will be a member of the corporate accounting team with a focus on fixed assets, reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager. This role will be critical in our upcoming fixed asset centralization project but will also be exposed to some day to day accounting and also monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and financial reporting. **What You'll Do:** + Work directly with dealerships to keep clean fixed asset records + Work with fixed asset team to prepare monthly reporting & track assets in our fixed asset system + Assist with payments and recording entries related to fixed asset purchases + Assist with other monthly close entries + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting + Assist with process improvements and other special projects or initiatives **What You'll Need to Have for the Role:** + 3+ years related accounting and fixed asset experience + Undergraduate degree in Accounting or similar field + CPA license preferable + Sage Depreciation system experience preferred but not required + Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment + Attention to detail + Ability to learn quickly + Proficient knowledge of MS Excel + Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) + Analytical skills and problem-solving ability **Pay Range:** $28.35-$33.67 Hourly In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
