We are seeking an experienced and proactive Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper to join our growing team in the Greater Portland Vancouver Area!

Job Title: Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper

Location: Tigard, OR

Pay Rate: $55k - $70k

Reason for Opening: Growth in the company

Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)

We Would Love to Hear From Those With:

1-2+ years of transactional accounting experience.Experience processing invoices (500-1000 a month).Experience with payroll processing (W4, deductions, benefits, garnishments, prevailing wages).Proficiency in MS Excel (PIVOT Tables, VLOOKUP).Personable and professional demeanor.Great communication skills.Positive attitude.Familiarity with construction contracts, billing processes, and industry-specific financial practices is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $33.65
