Staff Accountant
Description We are offering a consulting opportunity for a Staff Accountant based in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role is within the accounting industry, where the main function will be to ensure efficiency and accuracy in managing financial information. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting several areas of accounting and ad hoc projects. Responsibilities: • Accurately process financial data related to Accounts Payable. • Regularly update and maintain accurate financial records. • Assist with the preparation and entry of Journal Entries. • Ensure accurate and timely closure of financial books at month-end. • Handle Balance Sheet reconciliations. • Execute ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary. • Utilize SAP or Oracle ERP for efficient financial management. • Handle and reconcile expense reports through Concur. • Perform General Ledger duties and Bank Reconciliations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) • Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet Reconciliations • Knowledge and experience with General Ledger • Capability to manage Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using ERP software • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle software • Knowledge of Concur Expense tool • Ability to Complete Expense Reports efficiently Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
