Description We are currently seeking a skilled Staff Accountant with strong Quickbooks experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting operations such as handling accounts payable and receivable, updating financial records, managing invoices and performing monthly closing processes. Responsibilities: Handling day-to-day accounting operations. Processing accounts payable and receivable. Posting and reconciling transactions in Quickbooks. Preparing monthly financial statements. Assisting with audit preparations and payroll processes. Performing the monthly closing of accounts. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Staff Accountant. Strong knowledge of Quickbooks software. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Strong analytical and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
