Description We are in the process of recruiting a Staff Accountant to join our team in Addison, Texas. This role is situated within the industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with various accounting responsibilities including handling accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. Responsibilities: • Accurately manage and process accounts payable (AP) • Oversee and handle accounts receivable (AR) efficiently • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are up-to-date • Prepare and post journal entries as part of the accounting cycle • Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely reporting • Utilize NetSuite for various accounting functions and data management • Operate Oracle for financial data processing and analysis • Use QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial management • Employ SAP for business operations and customer relations management.
