What You'll Do: + Own the Month-End Close: Manage closing processes and prepare detailed journal entries for accurate financial reporting. + Master Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle day-to-day AP/AR duties with precision and efficiency. + Ensure Financial Accuracy: Perform bank reconciliations to maintain error-free financial records. + Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with department managers to help develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies. + Present Key Insights: Prepare dynamic reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trends. + Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in the creation of accurate financial statements, adhering to GAAP standards. + Analyze & Advise: Dive deep into financial analysis to spot trends, variances, and recommend performance improvements. + Leverage Cutting-Edge Software: Use NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline processes and enhance accuracy. + Support Special Projects: Get involved in exciting ad hoc analysis and initiatives that impact the business.
