Description This search is being conduct by Kevin Green We are in search of a Staff Accountant to become a part of our team in the Real Estate industry, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a Staff Accountant, your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, conducting Bank Reconciliations, and maintaining the General Ledger. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a dynamic work environment. This is one you won't want to miss! Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the entire process of Accounts Payable (AP) • Maintain and control all aspects of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Carry out Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Keep up-to-date and accurate records in the General Ledger • Prepare and post Journal Entries to ensure accurate financial statements • Facilitate and oversee the Month End Close process • Use your real estate knowledge to handle accounting tasks specific to the industry.
