We are in search of a Staff Accountant, specifically within the property development and lending sector, located in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with handling various duties within the accounting department, focusing on real estate transactions and job cost accounting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a stable company with growth potential. Responsibilities: • Conduct full cycle processing of real estate-related transactions. • Perform job cost accounting for both rental and construction properties. • Regularly maintain and update General Ledger account reconciliations. • Organize and keep up-to-date vendor accounting records. • Regularly prepare and revise various financial spreadsheets for reporting purposes. • Collaborate with other departments to address transaction issues. • Engage with local governments concerning real estate transactions.
