Description Robert Half is recruiting for a Staff Accountant for a Jackson, WI area organization. The role primarily involves maintaining financial records, processing payments and assisting with financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment processing • Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries as part of the month-end close process • Handle customer billing activities and ensure they are carried out efficiently • Process credit transactions and manage accounts receivable • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to maintain financial health.
