Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities * Staff Accountant will review historical accounting data in NetSuite ERP to propose chartfield revisions (including accounts, departments, and projects) * Review payroll entries and proposed revisions for data uniformity * Expense reports download project from Expensify software to internal server for retention and compliance * Process and procedures documentation with flowcharts preparation and review * Participate in the ongoing administration of Accounts Payable function * As a Staff Accountant, you will assist in the monthly reconciliation of cash accounts including determination and resolution of reconciling items * Prepare monthly journal entries * Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
