For immediate consideration, please apply first, then contact Chris Braun at (937) 331-6360 Here are some key responsibilities: · Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. · Preparing and analyzing budgets. · Performing general bookkeeping. · Billing activities such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. · Keeping a thorough record of all company expenses, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. · Working closely with the accounting manager to ensure accurate financial reporting. · Assisting in yearly and quarterly audits. · Staying up-to-date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes · Upholding a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. · Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Requirements · Solid Excel experience · Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). · Proficiency with accounting and spreadsheet software (like Excel). · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Knowledge in financial reporting and data analysis. · A degree in accounting or 4+ years’ experience in related field.
