Description Responsibilities include: + Preparing financial statements, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. + Performing general ledger functions and month-end closing procedures. + Analyzing and reconciling account ledgers. + Assisting with year-end audits and tax preparation. + Adhering to company's financial policies and procedures. + Supporting budget and financial forecasting activities. + Collaborating with the accounting team to improve financial processes and standards. Requirements Qualifications: + A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. + Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus. + At least 2 years' experience in accounting or a related field. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). + Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
