Description We are offering a contract for a Staff Accountant position in San Jose, California, United States. As a Staff Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include managing Accounts Receivable (AR), conducting reconciliations, preparing balance sheets, and overseeing rebates. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct comprehensive reconciliations • Prepare and update balance sheets • Oversee the rebate process • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks • Employ Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Ensure accuracy in all accounting tasks • Respond to queries relating to accounting activities • Monitor and manage customer accounts • Flexible working hours.
