Description We are inviting a Staff Accountant to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Petaluma, California, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining general ledgers. Responsibilities: • Accurately process accounts payable and receivable • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy • Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis • Prepare journal entries as per the financial transactions • Conduct month end close procedures to ensure all financial data is captured • Utilize accounting software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations • Demonstrable knowledge of General Ledger management • Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close processes • Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software • Proficient in using Oracle for financial management • Experience with QuickBooks software for accounting tasks • Knowledge of SAP for business process management in the real estate industry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
