Beacon Hill Financial is working to fill a Staff Accountant position for a great organization located in Annapolis, MD. This position will be assisting with both AP and AR processes as well as working heavily within the general ledger. Prior experience with Salesforce as well as Sage is a plus. Job Description

Prepare, enter, and process AP invoices in accurately and in a timely manner to meet weekly deadlines.Complete vendor credit applications, form W-9 requests and inquiriesReconcile various balance sheet accountsConduct internal audit of proper GL coding of expensesPrepare and process annual form 1099-MISCProvide petty cash, monthly revenues and expendituresCheck Salesforce accounting system for AR reports such as billing, cash receipts, and other reports for accuracy.Code and apply cash receipts in Salesforce 1404699-CB_1737582969 To Apply for this Job Click Here
