We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to support our accounting team in managing daily accounting activities. Key Responsibilities: + Record and enter accounting transactions for multiple entities + Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations + Assist with accounts payable (A/P) processing and check payments + Contribute to financial statement preparation + Support payroll processing and payroll-related tasks + Investigate and resolve discrepancies with strong analytical skills + Adhere to company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls + Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and ad-hoc projects + Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of transactions + Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting + 4+ years of accounting experience + Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles + High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards + Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills + Strong oral and written communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred) Powered by JazzHR
