ABOUT YOU As a Staff Accountant, you are a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial reconciliation, general ledger management, and fixed asset accounting. You take ownership of your work, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records through diligent reconciliations, variance analysis, and journal entries. With a proactive mindset, you identify discrepancies, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold financial accountability. You thrive in a dynamic environment, continuously seeking process improvements and maintaining compliance with accounting standards while supporting the organization’s financial stability and operational success. • Review and reconcile cash clearing accounts, credit card transactions, and bank statements, resolving discrepancies as needed. • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Maintain fixed asset records, verify compliance, and assist with reporting and adjustments. • Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, and variance analyses while supporting audits and internal reviews.
