Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role functions within the industry and requires an individual to assist with various accounting tasks at our onsite workplace. Responsibilities: • Assist with the preparation of journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting • Participate in the month-end close process, including the preparation of accruals • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity • Maintain and update the general ledger regularly • Utilize Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks to manage financial data • Operate NetSuite for business management tasks • Ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management. • Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations. • Experience in maintaining and managing the General Ledger is required. • Ability to prepare and process Journal Entries accurately. • Must have experience in executing Month End Close procedures. • Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks is a necessity. • Familiarity with Oracle-based accounting systems is desired. • Proven ability to use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. • Experience with SAP for financial management is a plus.
