Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania. As a Staff Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of AP and AR tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Manage the general ledger and make necessary journal entries. • Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. • Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reports. • Engage in ad hoc projects as needed, displaying problem-solving skills and proactivity. • Communicate with vendors as necessary, coordinating with the procurement team. • Assist in the management of accounts for multiple entities, working collaboratively with other accounting staff.
