This role is in the hospitality industry, where you'll be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of our client's growing and extremely fun business. Responsibilities: • Accurately record financial transactions in QuickBooks • Arrange payment of accounts in a timely manner • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations • Perform Journal Entries and Ledger Reconciliations • Carry out month end close procedures efficiently • Maintain updated and accurate employee records • Process payroll in accordance with company policies • Conduct Account Analysis and provide insightful reports • Participate in the development and establishment of accounting policies and procedures • Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. Requirements • New Bachelor's of Accounting graduates are encouraged to apply! • Proficiency in preparing Journal Entries a plus. • Demonstrated experience in General Ledger Reconciliations a plus. • Ability to handle Month End Close procedures efficiently after training • Strong skills in Account Analysis to be developed • Experience in Bank Reconciliations is a plus. • Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
