Description A regional real estate development and management company in North Brunswick seeks a Staff Accountant with a strong background in construction and project accounting. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of construction accounting including change orders, AIA billings, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The Senior Accountant will also be involved with loan draws and analysis. Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume and transaction company is required along with proficient Excel skills. Any exposure working with Yardi or Sage is ideal but not required. This is a new position created due to rapid expansion within the company.
