Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in EVERETT, Washington for a Staff Accountant in the industry. This position will involve a variety of tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, and Abila MIP. Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Manage and maintain precise customer credit records • Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Participate actively in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports • Assist in audits and reporting requests using Abila MIP • Regularly update and maintain General Ledger • Handle the preparation and posting of Journal Entries • Ensure accurate and timely month-end close • Involve in the process of bank reconciliations • Manage both the accounts payable and receivable functions effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar is required • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management is essential • Experience in performing bank reconciliations is necessary • Must have a deep understanding of the General Ledger • Capable of preparing accurate Journal Entries • Experience in performing Month End Close procedures is required • Proficiency in using Abila MIP or similar accounting software is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
