Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant for a job opportunity in the northern NJ area. As part of our team, you'll be tasked with several key responsibilities related to the accounting functions within our organization. Responsibilities • Accurate preparation of bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity • Managing and maintaining fixed assets within the company • Regular review and upkeep of various account analysis schedules • Responsibility for the review and maintenance of the General Ledger, including the month-end closing process • Conducting various account analyses to support financial decision-making • Preparation of ad hoc reports as required to support financial analysis and reporting • Management and tracking of prepaids and expenses • Utilizing advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
