With over 10,000 employees in 450 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions. **Essential Duties And Responsibilities** + Perform monthly bank reconciliations + Assist with the analysis and allocation of revenues between regulated and non-regulated entities + Participate in the month-end closing process + Prepare and process journal entries in the GL system + Prepare accurate, compliant and timely balance sheet reconciliations as assigned + Research and analyze data as requested + Record producers’ P&L and calculate commissions associated with multiple custodial broker dealers + Annually assist external auditors to provide audit support **Required Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent combined education and work related experience + Have, or be willing to obtain, Series 99 certification + Entry level/1-2 years of experience in accounting field + Good written and verbal communication skills + Strong Excel skills + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail + Self-motivated and proactive The expected salary range for this position is $52,494 to $68,640 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
