Description + Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals. + Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies. + Prepare and process weekly check runs/electronic payments. + Maintain accurate AP records and filing systems. + Reconcile vendor statements. + Generate and distribute invoices to customers. + Process customer payments and apply them to outstanding invoices. + Monitor customer accounts for past due balances and initiate collection efforts. + Prepare and analyze aging reports. + Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger. + Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts. + Reconcile general ledger accounts, including balance sheet and income statement accounts. + Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. + Prepare and post accurate journal entries for various transactions, including month-end close activities. + Maintain supporting documentation for journal entries. + Assist with the month-end and year-end close process. + Assist with property tax filings and compliance requirements. (Specify if this includes personal property tax, real estate tax, etc.) + Maintain records related to property assets. (Specify if this includes tracking depreciation, etc.) + Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. (Specify which regulations, e.g., local, state, federal) + Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation.
