Description Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the renewable energy industry to find a Bookkeeper. This is a full time, permanent position in Denver (Broadway). Responsibilities: • Organize and record a variety of financial transactions, with a focus on income, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Regularly reconcile financial accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy • Responsible for the calculation and processing of employee wages, deductions, and taxes, while adhering to labor laws • Generate a range of financial statements for management review, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Assist with tax filings, audits, and financial reporting requirements by maintaining records in accordance with tax regulations • Utilize a variety of software tools, including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, to perform accounting duties • Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks • Ensure timely month-end close processes • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
