Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial recording, reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, experience with financial software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role. + Proficiency in ERP accounting software and advanced Excel skills. + Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements. + CPA certification or progress toward it is a plus. + Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
