Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to become a part of our team located in Irvine, California. As a Staff Accountant, your role will encompass handling customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role also entails the monitoring of customer accounts and implementing suitable actions. Responsibilities: • Perform bank and credit card reconciliation tasks • Work with multiple entities to ensure smooth accounting operations • Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) • Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for accounting processes • Use Excel for data management, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions • Ensure Accounts Receivable (AR) is managed efficiently • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries • Carry out month-end close procedures • Handle credit card reconciliation tasks efficiently. Real Estate and Construction Preferred Requirements • Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated experience with Bank Reconciliations • Familiarity with General Ledger management • Skilled in preparing Journal Entries • Proven experience with Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks • Ability to perform Credit Card Reconciliation • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Pivot Table operations in Excel Real Estate and Construction Preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
