Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Chatsworth, California, 91311-5902, United States. As a Staff Accountant, you'll be tasked with ensuring smooth financial operations through various tasks, such as handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), conducting bank reconciliations, and managing general ledger entries. Responsibilities: • Overseeing and managing Accounts Payable (AP) operations • Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date • Executing bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records • Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring all entries are correct and timely • Conducting regular journal entries and adjusting entries as required • Assisting in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Ability to perform accurate Bank Reconciliations • Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance and reporting • Proficiency in creating and posting Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
