Description One of our clients is looking for a Staff Accountant for a 2-3 months contract. ***Contract Ade Henderson via LinkedIn for immediate consideration*** As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key player in our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of various accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the general ledger. • Regularly perform bank reconciliations. • Prepare and post journal entries. • Conduct month-end close duties. • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable. • Utilize NetSuite and SAP for various accounting tasks. • Maintain and update all financial records. • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts. • Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline accounting processes. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and principles.
