Description We are on the lookout for a skilled Staff Accountant to be a part of our team in the Telecom Services industry, based in Englewood, Colorado, United States. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, the maintenance of precise customer credit records, and the resolution of customer inquiries. You will also have the responsibility of overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Ensuring the accurate processing and recording of customer credit applications. • Overseeing and maintaining customer credit records with precision. • Handling customer inquiries and resolving them effectively. • Monitoring customer accounts and initiating necessary actions. • Being responsible for the preparation of Journal Entries. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably within the telecom services industry. • Proficiency in creating and managing journal entries. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Ability to work with accounting software and platforms. • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data. • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel. • Commitment to continuous learning and detail-oriented development.
