Description We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our team located in Chesterfield, Missouri. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. This role also requires proficiency in various accounting software including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Manage and update the general ledger regularly • Prepare and post journal entries as needed • Participate in the month end close process • Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
