Description We are in the search for a Staff Accountant to join our clients team located in Ocala, Florida. In this role, you will be entrusted with the task of managing various accounting duties such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger management. Responsibilities • Oversee the process of Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made in a timely manner • Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including ensuring all outstanding payments are collected • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the company's financial records are accurate • Maintain the General Ledger, updating it with all financial transactions • Record all financial transactions using Journal Entries • Ensure all financial records are up-to-date for the Month End Close • Utilize financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline accounting processes. Requirements • An accounting degree is required. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing and management • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Demonstrable skills in performing Bank Reconciliations • Comprehensive knowledge of General Ledger maintenance • Ability to create and manage Journal Entries • Experience in Month End Close procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
