Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant located in Hamilton, NJ. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including conducting financial analysis, managing billing, and collaborating with the Accounts Payable team. Responsibilities: • Accurately perform bank reconciliations, with a particular focus on the Real Estate Division. • Offer accounting support to the property management team, assisting with various tasks as needed. • Take charge of monthly tenant billing duties, such as rent, utilities chargebacks, and additional chargebacks. • Prepare and present monthly reports, conducting financial analysis for the real estate division as required. • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience. • Demonstrated experience in performing Bank Reconciliations. • Possess strong Financial Analysis skills to interpret financial data and produce reports. • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Office Suite, especially Excel.
