Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to join our team located in Brookshire, Texas, United States. This role involves a variety of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger maintenance. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Carry out Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy • Maintain the General Ledger, verifying and posting transactions • Prepare Journal Entries and conduct Month End Close procedures • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report financial data • Conduct Inventory Reconciliation to ensure accuracy • Post payments and carry out AP reconciliations. MUST be bilingual in Spanish Excellent benefits and other perks!
