In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including reconciling accounts, preparing manual journal entries, and supporting audit activities. **Responsibilities:** - Efficiently process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) - Handle tasks related to AR Revenue Recognition - Conduct account reconciliations, with a focus on revenue-related accounts - Prepare manual journal entries as needed - Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, especially in mastering new systems and processes - Generate various financial reports, including Trial Balance, Profit and Loss (P& L) statements, General Ledger (G/L) transaction activity, and cost analysis reports - Manage intercompany accounting activities - Prepare accrual entries as necessary - Utilize the ERP system, Epicor, and contribute to the reimplementation of the Kinetic system - Support auditing activities by retrieving necessary data and documents - Oversee end-of-month close activities We look forward to your application!
