Description The Syracuse office of Robert Half is working on filling another Staff Accountant position for locally owned company in Baldwinsville. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial integrity • Maintain and update the General Ledger for accurate financial reporting • Prepare and post Journal Entries to record financial transactions • Carry out Month End Close procedures to finalize accounting records For immediate consideration, apply today and contact Nick Corieri from the Syracuse branch of Robert Half.
