Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Commack, New York. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be engaged in processing accounts receivable, preparing journal entries, assisting with the close, trial close, reconciliations, and other accounting projects as needed. The workplace utilizes Sage Intacct for its operations. Responsibilities: • Handling the processing of accounts receivable with precision • Assisting in the preparation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Collaborating with the team in the close and trial close procedures • Conducting reconciliations of bank statements and other financial data • Providing support for various accounting projects as and when required • Keeping an eye on customer accounts and responding appropriately to any changes • Utilizing Sage Intacct software for various accounting operations.
