Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. + Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. + Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions. + Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed. + Partner with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity. + Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by management to support business goals. Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (specific experience with [insert software here, if known, e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite] is a plus). + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
