Description We are offering an exciting Staff Accountant opportunity located in Naples, Florida. This role primarily involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. In addition, you will be expected to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records accurately • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis • Maintain and update the general ledger • Prepare and post journal entries as required • Carry out month-end close procedures • Utilize NetSuite for various accounting and financial tasks. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Demonstrable experience with Bank Reconciliations • Profound understanding of General Ledger functions • Ability to prepare accurate Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using NetSuite accounting software • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation For immediate consideration, please reach out to Jenny Smith (Vice President/Senior Recruiting Manager) on LinkedIn or call 239-900-1619.
