Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in ALLEGAN, Michigan. This role falls within the financial industry and provides a chance to contribute to the smooth running of our financial operations. The selected applicant will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger management, and more. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Maintain and manage the General Ledger • Generate and post Journal Entries as needed • Assist in the Month End Close procedures • Utilize SAP system for various accounting tasks • Conduct Job Cost analysis and reporting • Ensure all financial data is entered accurately and promptly.
