Description We are in the Manufacturing industry, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and are currently seeking a Staff Accountant. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations, which include accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications. • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required. • Handle the accounts payable and receivable operations. • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries. • Assist in the month-end close process. • Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Infor M3 for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Strong skills in conducting Bank Reconciliations • Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance • Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using NetSuite software • Knowledge of Oracle financial software • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software • Familiarity with SAP business software • Proficiency in using Infor M3 ERP software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
