Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The selected candidate will be joining a team that specializes in the production of electro-chlorinating systems. This role will require a high level of initiative, critical thinking, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities: • Execute the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures • Supervise daily accounting operations, financial planning, and reporting • Develop and manage complex Excel spreadsheets and financial models as required • Provide strategic financial planning and execution support to the business • Collaborate with company leadership to ensure alignment of accounting processes with system flows • Handle the reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers • Prepare and review journal entries for month-end closing • Utilize software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to execute tasks efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and management • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks and procedures • Demonstrated ability in performing Bank Reconciliations • Comprehensive knowledge of General Ledger management • Skill in creating and managing Journal Entries • Capability to handle Month End Close responsibilities • Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software • Experience with Oracle financial management systems • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks • Knowledge of SAP financial software and its applications in accounting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
