Description • Prepare periodic billing and recording of restricted funding sources. • Highly involved in month-end duties including the generation, review, and posting of entries. Ensure that the coding of entries is accurate and that sufficient documentation is provided. • Responsible for accounting of restricted funds including timely accruals and deferrals of revenues. • Assist with gathering sales tax information and submitting the monthly and quarterly sales tax returns. • Assist with maintaining accounting policies, processes, and procedures. • Perform timely analysis of general ledger accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries as necessary. Requirements The ideal candidate will have 2 years of financial and accounting experience. Grants/contract management experience a plus.
