Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is primarily involved in the accounting sector, where you will be expected to manage and record transactions between various legal entities within the same parent organization. Responsibilities: • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. • Utilize Excel for manipulating formulas and managing financial data. • Maintain and manage the General Ledger. • Perform month-end close activities. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. • Carry out bank reconciliations. • Execute journal entries as required. • Utilize NetSuite and Oracle for various accounting activities. • Manage intercompany accounts and eliminations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations effectively • Thorough understanding of General Ledger maintenance • Skilled in creating and maintaining Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using NetSuite software for accounting purposes • Experience with Oracle financial software • Knowledge of Intercompany accounting practices • Ability to manage Intercompany Accounts • Experience with Intercompany Eliminations • Ability to handle Intercompany Transactions efficiently Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
