Duties Include: * Staff Accountant will assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting * Support in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billings * Help with collections and follow-up on unpaid invoices * Reconcile and maintain the general ledger for accuracy * Perform financial transactions, including verification, classification, and recording * Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy * Work with internal teams to ensure data is captured accurately in financial systems * As a Staff Accountant, you will assist with audit preparation and other financial reviews as needed * Provide general support to the accounting department and learn new tasks quickly
