Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our service industry team, you will be handling various accounting tasks, with a focus on accounts receivable functions. Your primary workplace will be our Dallas location. Responsibilities: • Utilize accounting software systems to post to the general ledger with accuracy. • Manage cash applications and reconcile cash activity to maintain accurate records. • Handle data entry tasks related to accounting. • Oversee the processing of wires and ensure outgoing wire transfers are conducted properly. • Use CRM and ERP solutions to streamline accounting functions. • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties. • Perform billing functions as required. • Ensure accurate cash posting and check processing as part of payment processing tasks. • Maintain and utilize the general ledger system effectively.
