Accountabilities Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all receivables to franchisees, vendors, or any designated internal recipients.

 

Responsibilities Invoice franchisees for royalty and all other required Ensure franchise sales are reported accurately and timely and load to internal database (Infohammer). Post deposits to Accounts Receivable accounts through the AR Process miscellaneous account billings and credits as needed or Initiate drafts associated with royalty and other franchise Distribute monthly international exchange rates, internally and to international franchisees. Reconcile related general ledger accounts to General Ledger. Deposit and book checks received in Liaison between Restaurant Operations and Armored Car providers. Assist in researching missing deposits, missed or additional pick-ups along with any other communication that might be needed between the two. Assist Treasury Manager with CPO Revenue management Assist with annual financial audit and FTI audit Perform ad-hoc related tasks, projects, or analysis as

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferred 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains software a plus.
