Job Summary
Responsibilities:
+ Analyze the recognition, allocation, reporting, and analysis of NT 2.0 Suppliers Volume Allowance for Compass Group and third-party customers, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
+ Perform in-depth trend analysis to validate income reporting, identify gaps, and ensure any missing allowances are accrued appropriately before field close.
+ Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in alignment with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies.
+ Reconcile Accounts Receivable for assigned suppliers, investigating and resolving issues to maintain accurate financials.
+ Prepare and review Journal Entries and conduct variance analysis to support financial accuracy.
+ Lead the preparation and detailed analysis of monthly financial reports.
+ Execute daily and month-end tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
+ Process manual invoices for Category Management and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance process flows.
+ Engage in continuous process improvement by evaluating existing workflows, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
+ Participate in Project Testing for NT 2.0, providing feedback on process automation, identifying potential issues, and supporting a smooth transition with the creation of reporting and dashboard.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+ 2-3 years of accounting experience with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, data modeling); familiarity with Access or other database management skills is a plus.
+ Experience with SAP highly preferred.
+ Experience within large companies (preferably > $3 billion in sales).
+ Proven ability to process and analyze large volumes of complex data effectively.
+ Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
+ Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills; experience in identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
+ Ability to manage and execute daily accounting functions while balancing multiple priorities.
+ Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
+ Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
